Pineapple-infused Vodka

Soak up the sun with fruity drinks made with this tropical vodka infusion.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka

Instructions

Cut peel from pineapple and core. Cut into chunks and place in a jar.

Pour vodka over the top, saving the empty bottle. Seal the jar and store in a cool place, at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

Strain vodka back into the bottle and label.

Save the fruit for garnishing and passing around boozy pineapple bites.
