Hemp Seed Crusted Salmon

Three ingredients, easy and clean!

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh salmon filets (about 6 ounces each), skin on
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts (raw shelled hemp seeds)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Pat salmon filets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place skin down on a baking pan lined with foil. Rub generously with Dijon mustard. Sprinkle hemp seeds over the top and pat to coat.

Roast salmon in the upper third of the oven for 12 minutes.

Turn oven to broil and cook for 2 more minutes, keeping an eye on it, until fish forms a crust.

Serve warm.

Wine Pairing

Salmon pairs swimmingly with Pinot Noir, a classic twosome!
