Corpse Reviver No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce London Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 1 dash Absinthe (see note*)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish optional.

For a more herbal nose, you can add the absinthe to the glass first, swirl to coat the glass and then pour then strain the shaken ingredients in. Both methods are accepted by bartenders. You can substitute absinthe with Pernot or Herbsaint, which are less expensive.
