Cold Brew Concentrate

A bartender’s DIY method for making cold brew concentrate.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground coffee
  • 1 quart cold water

Instructions

Add coffee and water in a Cambro or large container and stir until all coffee grains are wet.

Cover and chill for 24 hrs.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer until all coffee has strained through (will take a few hours).

Strain coffee through a coffee filter and fine mesh strainer to clarify the coffee (this will take a few hours as well).

Bottle, label and date. Keep chilled.
