Instructions
Rub one side of the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge. Roll in Tajin seasoning. Fill with ice.
In a shaker, add tequila, charcoal agave syrup and lime juice. Add ice and shake well. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wedge.
Charcoal Agave Syrup: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup agave syrup and 1 teaspoon organic activated charcoal powder over medium heat. Stir until combined. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container and keep chilled.
