Instructions
Combine in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well. Transfer everything to a wine glass and top with Cava.
Garnish with skewered olives.
*Pomegranate-Sage Syrup: Combine 1 cup pomegranate juice, 1 cup sugar and a handful of sage leaves. Heat and stir until dissolved but do not allow to boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Discard sage. Transfer to a bottle and chill until ready to use. Store up to 1 week.
