Beet Hummus

Milk Punch magenta mojo: ’cause every party needs a pink dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans beets
  • 2 cans chickpeas, liquid reserved
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons reserved chickpea liquid (aquafaba)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

Combine in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with fresh parsley leaves or chia seeds.

Serve with raw veggies, pita chips or favorite crackers.
