Instructions
Pour wine into ice cube trays and freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
Strawberry Collagen Syrup:
Combine sweetener and water in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until dissolved. Stir in collagen powder. Add strawberries and simmer on low, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to steep and cool slightly. Strain and discard solids. Chill.
In a blender, combine rosé ice cubes, strawberry collagen syrup and chilled vodka. Add lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into stemless wine glasses or cups. Garnish with fresh berries or edible flowers.
