Chili Chocolate Bourbon Milk Punch

Shake up traditional milk punch with a splash of heaven! Kahlua Chili Chocolate Liqueur and homemade chocolate milk make this milk punch simply extraordinary! Make cold brew ice cubes (or even your own cold brew concentrate) and make it merrier and more crafted.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 fifth (750 ml) bourbon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Kahlua Chili Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • Cold brew ice, recipe follows
  • Chocolate curls

Instructions

Empty a gallon of milk into a gallon pitcher and set aside, reserving jug.

Make chocolate milk: In a blender, combine 10 cups milk (or as much milk will fit in blender) and cacao powder. Blend on low until well combined.

Using a funnel, add bourbon then sugar to milk jug. With the top fastened, shake milk jug well to dissolve sugar. Add Kahlua Chili Chocolate Liqueur and vanilla. Shake again and set aside.

Funnel chocolate milk into the jug plus enough milk as needed to fill to the top. Shake well and chill.

When ready to serve, shake again, and serve over a 2 large cubes of cold brew ice.

Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Cold Brew Ice: freeze cold brew concentrate in ice trays.

Make it Skinnier

Substitute with stevia powder, Swerve or other sugar substitute.
