Cucumber-infused Vodka

Cool and refreshing infusion for spring and summer cocktails. Be sure to peel the cucumber to avoid imparting bitterness to the vodka.

Ingredients

  • 1 fifth favorite vodka
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

Instructions

In a large glass jar with lid, add cucumbers. Pour vodka over the top and seal lid. Reserve vodka bottle.

Store in a cool dark place for 1 to 2 days, shaking once or twice a day.

Strain vodka and discard cucumbers. Funnel infused vodka back into the original bottle and label.

Keep chilled and consume within 1 to 2 weeks.
