Disco Rose

A splash of floral liqueur in a to-die-for shade of pink makes a fabulous bubbly cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Combier Liqueur de Rose
  • Brut Champagne to top
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Pour liqueur in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.

Spoon about a tablespoon of pomegranate seeds into the bubbles. Garnish with a lemon twist.
