Frozen Mimosas

Freeze the mixture overnight for easy morning mimosas!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

Squeeze about 6 to 8 large sweet juicing oranges, such as Valencia, into a large measuring cup. With a fine mesh strainer, strain pulp.

In a larger pitcher, combine orange juice and sparkling wine. Stir to combine. Pour into large ice cube molds, a plastic container or large Ziploc bags. Freeze overnight.

To blend frozen mimosas:
Place frozen cubes or mixture into a Vitamix or blender. Add 1 cup ice and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately with straws.
