Frozen Mojitos

Nothing says pool party like whipping up frozen mojitos with mint picked from your own garden.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 12 mint leaves plus sprigs for garnish
  • 4 ounces white rum, such as Bacardi
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Instructions

Combine simple syrup, lime juice and mint in a blender and blend. Add rum and ice and blend until frothy.

Divide into cups. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with straws.

Makes 2 frozen drinks
