Go-to Guacamole

If the amigas are coming over, make guacamole! It’s nutrient-dense, low-carb friendly and bonus: it’s good for your skin.

Ingredients

  • 3 Hass avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • Handful of cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Combine avocados, lime, tomatoes and red onion. Mash to a creamy consistency. Stir in cilantro and season to taste.

Serve with cauliflower florets, baby carrots and cucumber slices.
