Jungle Bird

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dark, Jamaican or blackstrap rum
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

Combine all in a shaker and shake hard.

Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime, mint and/or a brandied cherry.
