With butterfly pea infused gin, this amethyst French 75 beauty beckons like pink neon at Justine.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Empress Gin
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Champagne to top
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients except Champagne to a shaker with ice.

Shake to combine.

Strain into a Champagne flute and top with bubbles. Garnish with a lemon twist.
