King Cake Espresso Martini

This is a pre-batch method to save time on measuring but they still need to be shaken. You can easily shake two espresso martinis at a time!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 cup King Cake Syrup*
  • Edible Purple Glitter, optional
  • Plastic King Cake Baby for garnish

Instructions

Combine all in a pitcher and stir. Transfer to a glass bottle, seal and chill.

When ready to serve, pour about 1 cup (8 ounces) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well (hard shake at least 20 seconds).

Strain into 2 martini glasses. Sprinkle with edible purple glitter (optional) and carefully lay a plastic baby on top of the foam.

*Cocktail & Sons King Cake Syrup is a seasonal New Orleans product made with Louisiana cane sugar, cinnamon, lemon and pecan.
