Combine all in a pitcher and stir. Transfer to a glass bottle, seal and chill.
When ready to serve, pour about 1 cup (8 ounces) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well (hard shake at least 20 seconds).
Strain into 2 martini glasses. Sprinkle with edible purple glitter (optional) and carefully lay a plastic baby on top of the foam.
