Madame Negroni

This riff on a Negroni at Saint Leo made with botanical gin and topped with sparkling rosé takes inspo from a French 75.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce Uncle Val's Botanical Gin
  • 3/4 ounce Dolin de Chambéry Rouge Vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • Sparkling rosé to top

Instructions

Add botanical gin, sweet vermouth and Campari to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir and strain into a coupe. Top with sparkling rosé wine.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
