Madame Negronis for a Party

To serve Negronis at home reminiscent of Saint Leo’s Madame Negroni, we did the math. Be sure to keep the pre-batch mix chilled and top each cocktail with sparkling wine the moment it’s served.

Ingredients

1 (750 ml) bottle Uncle Val's Botanical Gin
1 (750 ml) bottle Dolin Rouge Vermouth
1 (750 ml) bottle Campari
2 cups water
2 bottles sparkling rosé, chilled
Lemon twists

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine gin, sweet vermouth, Campari and water. Stir to combine. Funnel mixture back into recycled bottles. Chill.

To serve, pour about 2 1/2 ounces pre-batched mix into coupes. When ready to serve, top with chilled sparkling rosé.

Garnish with lemon twists.
