Old Fashioned

Spirit, sugar, water and bitters—the old fashioned is the very definition of a “cocktail,” dating back to the late 19th century.

In the bottom of a rocks glass, add simple syrup, bitters and a large ice cube. With a barspoon, gently stir to combine.

Express the oil of an orange peel over the drink and drop in the glass.
