Pink Christmas

Batching French 75s is easy as long as everything is cold and there’s fresh-squeezed lemon. Be sure to add the Champagne just when ready to serve guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit
  • 3/4 cup sugar or light agave
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice, chilled
  • 1 bottle Pink Gin, chilled
  • 2 bottles Brut Champagne, chilled
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • 1 to 2 cups cold water

Instructions

Make the syrup: In a saucepan, combine Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit and sweetener over low heat. Stir until dissolved for a few minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Transfer to a bottle or glass measuring cup and chill.

When ready to serve, combine everything in a large punch bowl or pitcher.

Ladle into coupes or Champagne flutes.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
