Rainbow Pesto Pizza

We eat the rainbow to drink the stars! Pop the cork and make a gluten-free pizza with a rainbow of flavors and nutritional benefits!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower pizza crust, such as Caulipower
  • 3/4 cup Glow Pesto, recipe follows
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Hemp Hearts shelled hemp seeds, optional topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cover pizza crust with pesto. Sprinkle red and yellow bell peppers over the top and arrange red onion slices. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Cut into slices or serve like flatbread.
