Ranch Water

West Texas signature tequila drank that may seem simple, but variations appear in many cocktail bars across the state.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Topo-Chico sparkling mineral water to top
  • 1 drop SweetLeaf Vanilla Créme sweetener, optional

Instructions

Fill a highball with ice and build with tequila then lime juice. Top with Topo-Chico. Add a drop of vanilla crème sweetener and a pinch of salt.

Stir and serve with a straw.
