Tommy’s Margarita

This trinity cocktail is closer to margarita perfection and preferred by many bartenders. Created in the early ’90s at Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco.

Ingredients

2 ounces blanco tequila (100% agave)
1 ounce fresh, hand-squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce agave nectar

Instructions

Combine in a shaker and add ice.

Shake well and strain into coupe or over ice.
