Instructions
Combine cream cheese, yogurt and curry powder in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Add green onions, cashews, raisins and 1/2 cup coconut. Beat at low speed. Stir in chutney; cover and chill.
Shape into a ball or transfer a loaf pan. Chill 6 hours.
When ready to serve, top with toasted coconut and garnish with orchids.
Serve with crackers and veggies.
